By accessing or using the NullFortis website (nullfortis.com and its subdomains) or engaging NullFortis Security ("NullFortis", "we", "us") for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or our services.
2. Description of Services
NullFortis provides offensive security services, including but not limited to penetration testing, red team operations, cloud and web application security assessments, digital forensics and incident response, and compliance/GRC advisory. We also develop and operate in-house security products, including Nprint, ESPM, DomTail, Threat Map, and FlowGround, each of which may be governed by additional product-specific terms presented at the point of use.
3. Authorised Testing Only
All penetration testing, red team, and related offensive security engagements are performed strictly within the scope defined in a signed statement of work and written authorisation from the client. NullFortis will not test, access, or attempt to access any system, network, or account without documented authorisation from its rightful owner.
4. Use of the Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the site's normal operation, probe or scan it for vulnerabilities without prior written authorisation, or use automated means to scrape or overload the site.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and the NullFortis name and branding, is the property of NullFortis unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced or redistributed without prior written consent.
6. No Warranty
This website and the information on it are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Security services and products are governed by their respective statements of work or product terms, which take precedence over this general disclaimer.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NullFortis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Liability arising from contracted security services is governed exclusively by the applicable signed agreement.

NullFortis Security is registered as a Micro, Small & Medium Enterprise (MSME) under the Udyam Registration scheme of the Government of India, Registration Number UDYAM-TN-09-0116962.
